One of my most requested classes is finally here: a Climber's Core series to help strengthen your core for climbing!
I know I already shared our Ultimate Climber's Core Guide for those of you who want to read through and do the workout at your own pace.
On the other hand, the Climber's Core series is made for those who like to follow along and have me as a personal cheerleader!
This is going to be a 4-part series where we'll progress in intensity and difficulty each week. That way you have time to work on the foundations and then progress appropriately. I recommend doing each workout at least 2 times a week to build a strong base.
