In honor of the third level being released, here are three reasons why I've been loving this series:
- It's only 12 minutes long, which means it can be tacked onto any session or workout.
- Every single level progresses on the previous level. This means that as you move onto each video, you'll already have the foundations and form progress appropriately.
- It's FUN! Have you ever had a fun workout?! I promise that when we work out together, it's a thrill. The 12 minutes ends up feeling like 2!
Also, fun fact about this video... I forgot to press record the first time I did the workout so I ended up doing it TWICE.
The least you can do is at least do it once so that all my hard work doesn't go to waste 😂
