You did it. You came, you conquered, and you're ready to find some post-climbing fuel.

You need to cool down!
All that hard work deserves to be celebrated with a few simple but rewarding stretches. I know you have places to go and people to see, but your body is asking for a little of recovery so that you can, you know... recover.
I created a quick and effective cool down for climbers! Just pop this video on after your sesh and I promise you'll feel much better. Of course, if you have time, I recommend at least 10-minutes of deep stretching and recovery but if not, this is the perfect compromise.
